The main objective of the application was to make the shopping experience streamlined. so through every step the idea that I worked with was to make sure that the user get spoon-fed their next step.

When a new user joins the application, the first thing the app does is understand the users interests and then organize a neatly arranged collection specifically for them.

How I envisioned the shopping experience

Fast. That’s how I wanted the checkout to feel. Users tend to second-guess their decisions when there’s even a little bit of friction. Making the process feel like one smooth, uninterrupted motion helps calm those doubts and assures them everything is going as it should. It’s simple, get them through quickly, confidently, and without hesitation.

The approach

Having a clear vision of what I wanted from the app pushed me to stick with decisions I might have otherwise tried to work around. It forced me to ideate and rethink the process multiple times, pushing me to build several prototypes. I experimented with the placement of key CTAs to see which position worked best. In the end, it helped me understand the user better and, at the same time, challenged me to grow—especially since the learning curve was steep.
